You can chat, keep up with the latest news, view your profile, available gifts, account settings, and of course, buy games. All available games can be found on the left, and across the top, you can go to Games, Social, Shop, and News. The client is uncluttered and straightforward to use. While you can find Heroes of the Storm and Hearthstone under Shop, other's appear to be missing, possibly because the older games might be difficult to run on modern computers. The one thing that seems to be missing is some of the free classic games. Who knows? We've been using Battle.Net for over 15 years just for World of Warcraft. Of course, the needed part might be why people downrate these apps. While it used to be a real turd, it's come a long way and is required by gamers. As a general rule, for some reason, people tend to rate all of these downloaders poorly, but we disagree. Blizzard Battle.Net is the game downloader for Blizzard games, including World of Warcraft, Diablo®III, StarCraft II, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch, Destiny 2, and other Classic Games.īattle.Net used to have individual downloaders but replaced that with their client.
